Joint PV 215 million acquisition of Qinghai 20MW solar power station

Recently, United Photovoltaic announced the acquisition of the entire equity of Qinghai Gonghe County Xinte Photovoltaic Power Generation Company, the acquisition of cash consideration of 43 million yuan, and the EPC of the project must be paid for engineering, procurement and construction, totaling 215 million yuan.
The solar power project is located in Qinghai Province with a total installed capacity of approximately 20MW. It was successfully connected to the grid at the end of 2013. During the period from January 1 to July 16, 2014, a total of 7,036,125 kWh was generated.
Earlier this month, United PV released its power generation summary for solar power plants in the second quarter of 2014. The total power generation in the quarter was 145,373 MWh. As of June 30, the total power generation was 242,024 MWh.
At present, the joint photovoltaic power station project is distributed in Guangdong, Fujian, Gansu, Qinghai, Jiangsu and Inner Mongolia.
